Kaniwah Apple Salad

Ingredients
3 sliced apples french fry style

4 peeled kiwi fruits and cut into cubes

3 heads fresh Romaine lettuce

feta cheese or goat cheese

1/2 cup golden raisins

1/2 cup walnuts chopped

1 peeled, cored fresh pineapple cut in chunks

2 cups cooked kaniwah grain


Dressing Ingredients

1/2 cup olive oil
1/2 pomigranite/blueberry omega swirl

1/2 cup raspberry jam

1/4 cup Xagave

1 teaspoon nutmeg



Directions
Wash and chop romaine lettuce, place in large bowl, slice apples french fry style, do not peel or seed. Place apples in a bowl with pineapple, walnuts, raisins, and grain. Mix all dressing ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. Toss with salad and finish with feta cheese on a bed of romaine lettuce.
