New Training Center and Cooking Classes!
I’m also going to start offering additional classes that I’m very excited about:
Bread making classes will be one-day experiences offered at two levels, Beginning and Advanced. The Beginning Class will cover how to make all kinds of breads from cinnamon rolls to sandwich breads. It will be from 9am to 4pm and include lunch along with some Chef Brad exclusive “extras” that will make your time with me memorable and fun. Fee for the Beginning Class will be $195.00. The Advanced Class will focus on more complicated bread-making techniques and include sourdough, pastries and many more types of breads. Because these methods involve more time, this class will run from 7am to 7pm and also include lunch and Chef Brad’s exclusive “extras”. Fee for the Advanced Class will be $250.00. Both classes will be limited to 4-6 participants to provide the highest level of individual training and be held at his Mesa Teaching Center.
Are you a prospective LDS missionary? Let me help you learn how to eat well within your budget and stay healthy on your mission. These classes will be offered bimonthly and be limited to 8-10 participants. You must have received your mission call to participate. Fee will be $100.00 and be held at the Mesa Teaching Center.
Other class ideas that I’m working on include a full-day Health and Wellness Seminar with me and Dr. Jason Porter, children’s cooking classes, gardening and cooking with herbs and, I’m debating about offering Lunch and Learns. I guess I will have to try one out! Classes will be small, limited to 6 – 12 people depending on the class. This is done on purpose to allow for a more optimal teaching experience. Check the calendar soon for dates.
Want to gather a group of friends or family for your own, personalized class? I have the perfect set-up for small team-building or exclusive group experiences. You can reserve a class just for those of your choosing. Whether it is all daughters, grandchildren, best friends or a group from work, I can provide an experience that will be filled with lots of learning and be fun too! You choose the date and topics to be covered and I will do the rest.
Keep watching the calendar for upcoming events and come have some fun with me!

The Bosch Compact mixer is amazing. Other mixers on the market of comparable size dream about doing what the Compact is capable of doing. It can do three 2 lb. loaves of bread at one time. It mixes cookie dough, makes batters of all kinds including cakes, whips cream and, I was recently told that my Christmas fudge recipe worked perfectly in the Compact. I highly recommend this mixer for empty nesters, young mothers, or even those who love to bake and don't want to pay the price of the larger Universal model. This machine is a work horse and has great attachments, like the food processor and, my favorite, the citrus juicer. I am so thrilled that it is back after being off the market for many years. I love it and, yes, I own one. I even pack it in my suitcase when traveling so I can make bread and pizza dough for events that I do on the road. It is light weight and easy to carry. I remember years ago I bought one for my children. I had my Universal, but wanted something that they would take ownership of, hoping they would use it and make things. It worked and they had some great times using the Compact. I later sold it to a neighbor and then they quit selling them. I was so sorry that I’d let it go. As soon I heard they were back, I ordered one for my kitchen. I tend to overdo things. I think, with my Compact, I own 6 Bosch mixers!! Yes, I just cannot part with them. I love my mixers. So in answer to your question, there is no comparison. It is in a class all by itself, perfection!

Hello Friends of Chef Brad,
Spring is finally on its way bringing with it nice weather and renewed energy. This is a great time to assess your food storage after the long winter months and start adding to your storage of grains, flours and baking supplies.
Chef Brad's WonderFlour has been a big hit with our customers. They truly love the way it replaces white flour in their non-yeasted baked goods. Many are returning monthly to re-stock on this "wonderful” flour.
To help introduce WonderFlour to more people and to help reward repeat customers we will have a sale on WonderFlour this month!
During April we will have the following sale:
5 lb Bag WonderFlour: $9.95 (Regularly $14.95)
We will also have Spelt on sale this month:
50 lb Bag Whole Grain Spelt: $50.00 (Regularly $55.00)
Thank you for your kindness and support. We look forward to seeing you in our store.
Troy and Tracey Adair
