Who is Chef Brad?

Chef Brad, known as “America’s Grain Guy” has spent the last fifteen years combining his passion for food with his love of grains. Chef Brad practically grew up in the restaurant business starting work at the age of 13 in a local coffee shop in the small town where he grew up. That started his life time history of working with food.

Chef Brad’s earliest memories are of his mother baking homemade bread and turning the dough into wonderful creations like cinnamon rolls, fry bread, and of course fresh baked loaf bread. He fondly remembers the smell of fresh baked bread and beans cooking. To this day the very smell of fresh baked bread brings back hundreds of “Fond Food Memories” that have been the motivation behind what he does.

Chef Brad has worked in all areas of the food and beverage industry, along with owning and operating his own cafe’s, truth be told, that is where his heart is, he dreams of opening up a chain whole grain cafe and bakery’s that offers his unique style of cooking. Chef Brad is an accomplished speaker, traveling all over the United States sharing his passion for food and grains with others. He has published multiple cookbooks, worked as Executive Chef and National Spokes Person for Thermador Appliances. Currently he host his own cooking show on the BYU-tv national cable channel called Fusion Grain Cooking.

Chef Brad, through his hard work and dedication has become the Leading Authority on Cooking with Grains in America. He is fondly called the “Grain Guru” and “America’s Grain Guy’. He takes these titles seriously dedicating time and effort teaching thousands about how wonderful grains are and how important they are to keeping and maintaining a healthy body.

He is a passionate, motivated Chef who loves grains, food, and just about everyone he meets.
