I have baked whole wheat bread for many years from an old family recipe that had been passed down through the years. This recipe was the result of many hours of trial and error. Whole wheat bread was the only grain that I and my family were familiar with. After attending a Chef Brad Event, I was amazed at the variety of new grains that were available and I was excited to include them in my day-to-day menus.
