Fusion Grain Cooking at it's Best

It is a great experience teaching. I am realizing how many still don't know what the grains are. There is so much to do and so many to teach. I am having a great time here in Utah. Tuesday night I was teaching a womens group in Ogden. Was so much fun. After the class I visited with dear friends and wondered why I live in hot Az. His garden was just like the garden I dream about. I almost cried for joy as I was given a tour of the yard, back area, fruit trees, and gardens. It was amazing. Words cannot express how wonderful it was.

Yesterday found me eating at a Popular "Dive" in Prove. Sammys Cafe. It was great. I loved the shake, made with an entire piece of coconut cream pie, or any pie you want. It was amazing. The food was fabulous and fresh. Sammy the owner is just what I look for in cafe owners, passionate for what he does and a man with a vision. I love what he is doing. The only improvement he can make is to add grains to the menu, which I have to tell he is doing next week.. He will be introducing a Red Quinoa Burger. Actually it was not hard to convince him, he was perfectly willing and you know where I will be next week for lunch. Eating the first ever Sammys Quinoa Burger. I don't know anyone else who is serving one. Like I said, the man has a vision. I will let you know how it taste and I will post pictures.

Tonight I am off to Ogden to teach at For Your Kitchen. It will be a great class. Great menu planned. Tomorrow I will be in Bountiful teaching another womens group and then Saturday I will be in Logan at the Opera. Have a great day.

I love your show on BYU channel. Where is a good place to by amaranth grain? I live in Tennessee and have called some of the specialty markets and they do not sell it. Thanks Jackie
