Chef Brad, The dessert has 2 ss which means "somethin' sweet to eat. The desert is dry arid place where Phx is located in. Since you are a Chef, and you are sweet, you can use either when defining either the desert or dessert. Smile ! Dianne

I wish you could add the nutritional info to your recipes you have in the newsletter. I'm having to count EVERYTHING and it sure would help.
Please bring some "Comfort Cooking" cookbooks to the talk this month, I want to buy one!

I'd love some online courses since I live on the east coast. I'd also love to know if you have used any bean flours and mixed them in your recipes.

Chef Brad
I would like to see some online classes. I wouild also like to have ideas as to what to make for my family we have so many different nutritional needs. I have one who is asthma sensitive to enriched flours and can't eat too much B & D vitamins, one who has celiac disease and a niece who is expecting and her husband is vegetarian and I am worried about her nutrition. Can you give suggestions?

I would love to see more online classes, for an idea of what could be done go to www.artisanbreadinfive.com and look at their videos, they are short but very informative, I think you could do online classes with just a digital camera and jumpcut.com

I would love to see the online store “restocked”. I have taken your classes and have fallen in love with the Chef Brad Events Breakfast Blend. I also love your pizza seasoning. I am out of one and dangerously low on the other. These two items are 100% Chef Brad and cannot be found anywhere else. Please consider adding some of your signature items to the online grain store. Thank you.
