Ed Week is an amazing experience. I love teaching. This year my room is double the normal size, it holds 800 persons. It is almost full. The classes have been great, filled with so many wonderful persons. All of you who have attended, thank you so much. Tonight will be the Chef's Challenge. Some one is shopping for me and I have to cook what is presented to me. Always my favorite class. I love the challenge. And than tomorrow I get to go home and I can hardly wait to see the family again, Three weeks is just to long to be away from home. Only home for a couple of days and than its off to Kansas City for a Thermador event for 300 persons. I will have a couple of days to cook in my new kitchen though. It will be wonderful. I have to break in the New Steam Convection Oven and Rotis. Roasted chickens and Artisan Bread is on the menu. Oh my. In two weeks I will be launching my new Blog. I am thrilled. It will be a food blog all about my cooking experience in my new Thermador Kitchen. Well have a great. Wish you were here at BYU ed Week. Amazing experience. Have a great food filled day. If you are in the Provo area have lunch at Studio 22 on Center Street. Amazing Food. I love the freshness, and don't forget Sammy's Cafe for the Amazing Quinoa Burger.
